Inauguration
Ceremony of
Community Health Center
On 17th June 2003, the Inauguration
Ceremony of Community Health Center
was held at Village Allah Yar Turk.
The Chief Guest of the Ceremony was
the Town Nazim Tando Muhammad Khan,
Syed Irshad Hussain Shah Bukhari.
Other respected guests were:

On
arrival of the Town Nazim, at 1.30,
the respected chief guest was taken
to inaugurate the CHC along with other
respected guests. The guests also
visited the whole clinic and saw the
baby-first born baby at CHC by HDF
medical staff- who had been born at
CHC on the eve of the ceremony and
congratulated the HDF medical staff.
After the inauguration and visit
of the CHC all the guests were taken
to the stage for speeches
The program started with recitation
of a verse from the holy Quran by
a little kid of HDF Child Friendly
School.
After
the recitation the little children
of HDF Child Friendly Schools presented
poems and other items and received
great applause.
Afterwards the speeches began. Welcome
address to the guests was given by
Dr. Mir Hasan Turk.
Speeches
1. Syed Irshad Hussain Shah, Town
Nazim.
The respected speaker praised the
efforts taken jointly by HDF and local
community in establishing the Health
Center. He promised to extend his
full support and said that he is ready
to hand over all the empty government
building to HDF to use them either
as schools or for any welfare purpose.
The
honorable Nazim also promised to take
serious efforts to provide an Ambulance
to HDF for Health Clinic and asked
the Town Health Officer to do his
best in providing Ambulance to HDF
Health Clinic.
The respected guest also said that
if the Fouji Foundation gives way
from its Farm land as track from Clinic
to the Link Road, he will construct
it immediately.
2. Colonel ® Asif Daar, G.M.
Fouji Foundation
The respected speaker after appreciating
HDF development works offered his
personal and Fouji Foundation’s
every support for any welfare purposes.
He also promised to give way from
Founji Foundation’s Farm land
for Clinic at the same time he asked
the responsible community members
to identify and demark the track to
be constructed.
The
respected speaker also invited HDF
to work jointly for Youth development
programs in the area.
Colonel Daar extended his support
by saying that whenever the Clinic
needs vehicle for emergency cases
he will provide the same no matter
it being the midnight time.
3. Dr. Aga Tariq
Dr. Aga Tariq praised the efforts
taken by of HDF in community development
programs and said that he has always
been ready to work hand in hand with
HDF for health related activities.
The respected speaker said that he
will provide the Ambulance to the
HDF Clinic as soon as possible. Apart
from that Dr, Aga also promised to
provide vaccination center at CHC.
Moreover
Dr. Aga offered his medical specialists
to serve at CHC on fortnightly basis.
He also offered to provide all types
of medical as well as para-medical
trainings to HDF Medical Staff, with
the provision of vaccines and all
kinds of necessary registers for record
keeping.
4. Mr. Mohsin Azam, RPM
Mr. Mohsin Azam thanked all the respected
guests sitting on the stage and those
sitting in front, who despite their
engagements, had taken time to come
to this ceremony in such a scorching
heat. Mr. Mohsin also thanked specially
town Nazim and Naib Nazim U.C Allah
Yar Turk who had provided the building
for Clinic.-the Naib Nazim is also
the Chairman of the Health Committee.
Mr. Azam also highly appreciated the
support extended by the respected
guests and said that HDF will work
to its best for the betterment of
the particular communities.
Mr.
Mohsin also laid stress on the need
and importance of the cooperation
and coordination between NGO and government
institutions and requested the Town
Nazim, G.M. Fouji Foundatioln and
M.S, Taluka Hospital to extend their
maximum support for health and other
program of HDF.
After the program was over the guests
were taken to the main hall for refreshment.
The program ended at 3.30 p.m.
