PREAMBLE
The Incorporators of the "The Human Development Foundation of North America"
have organized the Corporation as an Illinois Not for Profit Corporation to promote
health, education, and welfare by promoting literacy and primary health care wherever
there is need. The corporation shall give financial and technical assistance to
other not-for-profit organizations pursuing these same goals, as well as direct
assistance to individuals, associations, and companies who can benefit from such
assistance.
