Assalamu Alaikum!

One by one, best of our doctors in Karachi are either being killed or leaving Pakistan for the West. The latest victim is Dr. Anwarul Islam, the head of ENT department at Karachišs Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Both Shia and Sunni leaders have condemned this terrorism and have openly stated that this is not sectarian violence. But who is creating this latest wave of terror? While investigations go on, let's turn our sorrow and anger into energy to help Pakistan overcome this terrorism!

He is described by his friends as a "splendid person" who would make "personal sacrifices to help others". Dr. Anwarul Islam, an ENT surgeon at the Karachi's Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, loved by so many, is the 4th doctor to become a victim of the fresh wave of terrorism against doctors in March, 2002.
